Manufacturing

Zirkonzahn has become synonymous with Ceramident and is the main powerhouse of our digital manufacture. Employing state of the art 6 Axis milling units, our M5 and M1 machines manufacture the most precise and highly accurate restorations ranging from Zirconia and Lithium Disilicate crowns and bridges to Titanium and CO-CR Substructures and bars. Our Sirona milling unit compliments our digital approach for model manufacture and 3D Printed bite plates

3D Printing

Our Asiga Max suppliments the CAD CAM department perfectly with its outstanding 3D printing capabilities. We can print a wide range of materials including temporary crowns and bridges, models, biteplates and implant supported substructures. The Asiga is an open source printer that can receive any STL file and makes 3D printing extremely accurate and predictable.
